By creating a seller account or using popup store tools, you agree to these Terms with Bespoke Threads.

You own your listings and customer relationships. Riverr provides tools but does not sell your products to customers—you are the seller.

You may not sell illegal, counterfeit, dangerous, or infringing products. You are responsible for licenses, taxes, and consumer protection laws.

Subscription and transaction fees apply. Payout timing depends on your payment processor. Chargebacks may be passed through per processor rules.

Riverr is provided "as is." We are not liable for lost profits, customer disputes, or third-party outages. You are responsible for your business compliance.
